Rainbow Animal Rescue NC is a no-kill rescue that takes animals from county stray dog pounds, and homes that can no longer look after them. The dogs stay in foster homes around the Roanoke Rapids area looked after by our volunteers based in North Eastern NC, until they find a suitable home.
